Remote Access

Overview

  • Remote access to resources requires OU Health Sciences credentials (username / password); these are issued and maintained by OU IT  
  • Most library resources are accessible remotely via IP authentication

Proxy Server Login Screen

  • When you attempt to access a resource from outside the campus network, you should see the proxy login screen below:

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with remote access the following tips may be helpful:

  • Try clearing cookies/cache in your browser
  • Try a different browser
  • Shut your machine down
