All rooms requiring reservations are to be reserved by OUHSC staff or faculty. Student reservations must be for a recognized organization and list a faculty sponsor.
Outside users must have an OUHSC staff or faculty sponsor to reserve a room.
Group and individual study areas are for University of Oklahoma students and do not require a reservation.
Assistance with equipment for the Auditorium or Faculty Atrium is available from Academic Media and Digital Services (AMDS) for a fee and is arranged by submitting a Service Unit Request.
Lectern and microphones can be checked out from AMDS by an OUHSC employee only, during normal business hours, M-F, 8AM-5PM
For a fee, departments requesting lectern can contract hookup to Atrium AV system by submitting an SUR to AMDS
